Wrist/Badge Retrieval

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation via email. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you to the show, or present it on your mobile device at check-in in order to expedite your badge retrieval on-site. Badges will not be mailed.

PROJECT provides breakfast and lunch to verified retailers and exhibitors in its cafe during designated hours on show days. A variety of other food options are available onsite for purchase.


We've negotiated a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to New York affordable. Transportation & Parking

HELP DESKS - Need help navigating the show or locating a specific brand, booth or seminar? Stop by one of our help desks located within each hall lobby and let our knowledgeable staff get you where you need to go.

COAT /BAG CHECK Drop the items you don’t want to carry around the show.  Located at FedEx in the Grand Lobby, Central Hall. Rates may vary.

RETAIL CONCIERGE - Our Retail Relations team will be available on-site to help you find exactly what you are looking for and make your show as easy, productive and valuable as possible. Contact your sales representative for more info.

Attendee Checklist & Tips



  • Get familiar with our digital planning tools in order to plan and navigate the show. Via these outlets you’ll have access to exhibitor lists and show floor maps.
  • Review your merchandise sell-thru and take notes on your best selling styles, brands, and sizes.
  • Be a leader, not a follower! Know what is happening and selling in your area by doing your homework. Shop the local competition, making notes on price points and brand names and talk to your customers to see what they would like to see in your store.
  • Read up on different industry websites, newsletters, and follow trends and brands on social media to find items that catch your eye.
  • Plan your Open to Buy (OTB).
  • Register online for market info.
  • Make your market appointments.



  • Re-sale certificate and tax id number.
  • Projections, otb, order sheets, and calendar list of appointments.
  • Bring business cards, credit card, and visuals of your merchandised store and website readily available.
  • Pack a notebook, a folder, and your cell phone to take photos.
  • Bring your laptop for checking for working orders at night and balancing your budget.
  • Sign up for platforms that show you real-time inventory. Many brands do their business online, and will only allow you to order via these outlets.



  • Start early!
  • Utilize the mobile app to map out your day. Note the booths and vendors you want to see or with whom you have appointments.
  • Walk row by row, floor by floor. You never know what you may find.
  • Don't be shy. If you see a busy booth, ask what time would be good for you to come back.
  • Network - build a group of market friends that you can have lunch or dinner with and share experiences.
  • Set a goal of visiting 10 new vendors per market.
  • Write your order at the show! It can be overwhelming to try to do it when you get back home.
